Go Rangers!
‘Tis the season

Everything in the universe is energy. . . and there is no more powerful energy in our solar system than the Sun. Throughout the year, the Sun passes through each constellation of the zodiac. Each constellation has specific traits (energy). When the Sun is in any given constellation, that constellation’s energy is mixed with the Sun’s energy which amplifies it and shines it upon earth.
Leo is the constellation where the Sun’s energy is most purely expressed, focusing on strength, power, courage, confidence, vitality, self-expression, and core identity. If you want to improve your life, get out in the Sun during Leo season and soak up as much energy as possible. Use this strength to take control of your life. Look at the people close to you. Do they have your best interest at heart, or are they maybe manipulating you and holding you hostage to their needs?
Think and act like the lion. Take on the lion persona (energy) fully. Lions sit securely at the top of the food chain. They show no fear of other animals and dominate their territory with raw power. But they are also kind, gentle, peaceful and loving beings. They respond authentically to their environment with appropriate behaviors.
Threaten a lion and you will not survive the night. Love the lion and he will make a place for you (his queen) where you can live forever in absolute safety, love, light and joy.
Too Funny – These two are awesome!
But I don’t Need Her. . .
Some people are confused when I say that “I want her, but don’t need her.” Let me use an example. Every evening after dinner, I desire a cup of coffee and a cannoli. I think about it, but then I decide it is not worth the effort of going out to get it and most important, it is not healthy food.
Instead, I eat something that is reasonably healthy and that I already have in the house . It’s nice to think about what you want, but what you want is not always good for you.
It takes mental strength and discipline to say “I want this but I can do without it”. And it takes a conscious decision to say “my health and self-respect are too important to be controlled by desire”.

Yes, I Still Want Her.
It feels like there is still a thread of a connection between us. I don’t feel the pain that I once felt, but I still feel her around me. I have no idea whether she has feelings for me or not. Maybe she doesn’t even know.
Maybe she does have feelings but knows she shouldn’t. So, she can’t tell me but at the same time, she can’t let go.
Maybe this is a Divine Connection and one of us has some changes to go through before we can finally be together.
Then there is this….
My personal growth during this separation has been extreme. I have no idea whether she has changed or not. (I’ve seen things in her that she probably doesn’t know about herself.) If in fact she has healed and grown, even the slightest, that may be further proof that this is truly a Divine Connection.
Control Freaks… Listen Up!
One last thought before my weekend trip. Don’t try to control other people. The smart ones will likely see the game early on. They may test you. They may allow you to play your silly game, for a while. But if you keep it up, the strong ones — the ones with self-respect — will leave.
A relationship needs to be based in love and communication, not control. If your loved one does something unintentionally that hurts, you need to tell them and work out a solution, together.
If you are trying to control a relationship because in the past you’ve been hurt badly so now you fear being hurt again, you must stop. Take the time needed to heal the emotional wound. Next time, take a closer look at your new potential partner before committing.
Love and war are very similar. You are sure to be wounded in both. You need to heal and carry on, no hatred, no anger, no resentment.
A relationship is a partnership. One person is not superior. Both must have equal respect for one another. But that starts with respecting yourself. If you don’t respect (and love) yourself for who you are (no mask – no faking it) how can anyone else truly respect and love you? If you hide your true self, how can anyone else love the real you?
So, be you. Love you. Respect you. Show the world the real you . Being you is where you will find true love, happiness, peace and joy.
Lions don’t pretend to be anything. They are who they are. They command respect because they simply know who they are, and they show it to anyone who pays attention. BTW: if you find yourself near an uncaged lion, pay attention! 🙂

Blessed Mother’s Love For All Of Us Is Overwhelming

Yes, each of us, no matter how bad we think we are, no matter how unworthy we think we are, each of us is loved so tenderly by our spiritual Mother. She knows us. She knows our souls. She knows that we are each innocent, beautiful children. Our ‘sins’ are forgiven if we promise to learn from our mistakes, to try harder, to do better and to love God with all our heart. Yes, we are all worthy!
If you are worthy of God’s love, who is anyone to say that you are not worthy of theirs? Unconditional love washes away all sins and mistakes.
