Fear: Routine Fear Prevents Us From Enjoying life

It is true that I have made some mistakes in life, but I’ve never given a damn about what others say or what they might think of me. I know who I am.

Forgiveness – How do I forgive them for the hurt they caused?

It may not be easy, but forgiveness is essential. Most likely, the other person did not hurt you intentionally. But even if they did, we need to process the hurt and let it go. Just as important, we need to forgive ourselves for what we may have done to others.

God intends for us to enjoy the human experience. If you are struggling in life, why not look into whether or not you are carrying emotional trauma and if so, heal those wounds. It may take a while, and you may need to give up things (or even people) that you have become attached to. But, your happiness is worth it! You are worth it! 🙂
