If you’re wondering, yes I deleted all prior posts. All this time, I have suspected that my emotional tie to this younger woman is in my own head (a condition called limerence).
It turns out that a medication I am on amplifies dopamine which intensifies limerence. I have cut back on the meds and have not thought about her all day!
We’ll see if this lasts, but for now, I don’t need any emotional venting! 🙂
