For those following this story, Evy is back knocking at my door again. She’s young, smart, attractive and wealthy. What does she want with me (a wrinkled old man)?  I’ve asked her that question multiple times. Her answer has been that she is attracted to ’emotional maturity’.

I think she’s trying to rip me off. The thing is, these days I’m broke and I have explained it to her in detail. She says she doesn’t care about money or age differences, just wants true deep love. I have walked away twice. She gets pissed, screams a bit, but finds her way back.

My son says “go for it Pop!” but I sense that something is very wrong. She has tried to control me. Well, that’s not going to happen. But maybe that’s it… maybe that is why she comes back. Maybe I am a game to her and she needs to win (succeed in controlling me). Good luck with that shit! Ha, ha, ha… (bye Evy for the 3rd and final time.)

Look deep within. See your soul. You will see that it is a beautiful array of colors, mixed with excitement, passion and energy. Take charge of yourself. Love you, as God loves you. You are the Master of Your Destiny, Do not give that power away to anyone. It is yours to keep forever.

It is sacred. . .

But only the strongest people can love unconditionally, and at the same time, protect themselves from people who fail to recognize this incredible gift that was sent to them by the Source of all Love.
